We offer two spacious double rooms, one with a kingsize double bed and each with a newly fitted spacious ensuite shower room.  Each double room has space to add a child's bed if required.
We also offer a twin/family room with two single beds or a superkingsize double bed, and a single metal-action sofa bed.  This room has a large private bathroom directly opposite the bedroom with bath and shower.

Our newly decorated spacious first floor bedrooms are furnished with antique country furniture and have tea & coffee making facilities with radio and television.  Hairdryer, iron and clothes washing facilities are available together with drying facilities. 

Off-road parking and secure storage for bikes is available. Collection from Grange Railway Station can be arranged in advance.


Prices

Bed & Breakfast:
£65 - £85 per room per night for 2 adults sharing including breakfast
 
Single Occupancy from £40 per room per night.

Child Rate:
0 - 3 years: No charge if own bedding and travel cot provided. (fold-out child's bed available for use) Breakfast of cereal and toast provided.  A charge of £5.00 will be made if cooked breakfast requested.
4 - 16yrs: £15.00 per night when sharing with 2 adults, including cooked breakfast.
16yrs+  £20.00 per night when sharing with 2 adults, including cooked breakfast.

Dogs:
Well behaved dogs welcome by arrangement, own bed must be provided. £5 per night.  Please provide dry food only. Dogs (except guide dogs) are not permitted in the breakfast room. Dogs are not permitted on beds or furniture and must not be left in rooms unaccompanied.

Midweek Stays: 4 nights or more for £60 per room per night for 2 adults sharing (single occupancy £40 per night)

Weekend Stays:  3 nights or more £70 per room per night for 2 adults sharing (single occupancy £45)
