CANCELLATION POLICY

GRANGE FELL B&B

1. In the event of the cancellation of a booking for whatever reason up to 14 days before arrival Grange Fell B&B will retain your deposit unless the room is re-let in which case your deposit will be returned. A charge of £25 per person is made for a deposit and this amount will be charged to your card if the room is not re-let.

2. In the event of cancellation within 48hrs of arrival we will attempt to fill your room but if your room cannot be filled then the full charge will be made for the accommodation booked less any deposit paid and less any nights that your room has been filled.

3 48 hrs is defined as being before 2pm (the B&B check in time) 48 hrs before you are due to stay.

4. Card transactions. Transactions on credit and debit cards will be made only in the event of a cancellation or a no-show, when the above charges will be applied.

5. Payment is by cheque or cash and cheques are payable to: P. Bernard. Full payment, less any deposit paid is due on arrival.

6. We advise that travel insurance be taken out to cover any unexpected costs incurred due to cancellation of a booking.
